At Dover Saddlery, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in new condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the prepaid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
